Resumo
Abstract:
Literature demonstrates that information units have to assume managementl responsibilities to provoque quality and continues improvement continues at services and products for the user's satisfaction. To know and identify the critical points in the cycle of services, the problems and conflicts in the information unit is challenges imposed to managers. This article approaches basic concepts for resolution of problems and help make decision for information units. It give a reflection of practical and social subjects about the quality and it emphasizes the importance of the quality indicators for user's satisfaction.
