O fenômeno social das redes de informação: reflexão teórica <p>The phenomenon of social networks information: theoretical reflection

Abstract

As redes de informação são fenômenos existentes na sociedade desde o século XVI quando se formavam grupos em portos, comércio, nos mosteiros ou universidades onde a informação era difundida. Porém somente no final do século XX, com o advento tecnológico e proliferação da informação, estas redes se consolidaram através das chamadas redes sociais que estão construindo e re-construindo a estrutura social do século XXI. Desta forma este artigo mostra o surgimento e a evolução das redes de informação, enfocando a contribuição dos ‘letrados’, das universidades, da imprensa e do comércio na formação das redes e propõe uma reflexão sobre esta dinâmica informacional que rege a atual sociedade.

This paper aims to reflect on the dynamics governing the informational society is based on historically in the emergence and development of information networks with a focus on the contribution of 'literate', academia, media and commerce in the formation of these networks. Information networks are phenomena that exist in society since the twelfth century when they formed groups in ports, trade, in monasteries or universities where information was disseminated. But only in the late twentieth century with the advent of technology and proliferation of information, these networks have been consolidated by so called social networks that are building and reconstructing the social structure of the century.
