Résumé

Conscientes da importância de seu papel no acesso e difusão do conhecimento e desenvolvimento da pesquisa científica, a biblioteca universitária da Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina, em parceria com a biblioteca central do Centro Universitário de Jaraguá do Sul, resolveu buscar soluções para a organização e tratamento dos acervos digitais e virtuais. Objetivando a unicidade de procedimentos, a facilidade no tratamento das obras e a eficiente recuperação das informações, optaram por utilizar o software Pergamum – Sistema Integrado de Bibliotecas. Este artigo propõe soluções para trabalhar o acervo físico, digital e virtual utilizando o mesmo banco de dados para tratamento técnico da informação.

Abstract: Conscious from the importance of its paper in the access and diffusion of the knowledge and development from the scientific research, the library from the Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina, in co-owner with the library head office of the Centro Universitário de Jaraguá do Sul, resolved seek solutions for the organization and handling of the virtual and digital collections. Having as objective unicidade of procedures, the facility in the handling of the works and to efficient recuperation of the information, they opted for utilize the software Pergamum – Sistema Integrado de Bibliotecas. This article it propose solutions for work the virtual, digital, and physical collection utilizing the same database for handling technician from the information.
